Substructures Drainage and Utilities
Location - Norwich, Norfolk
This project involved clearing the existing area to create a substructure with drainage and utilities that would then be used to create a new home. We sat down with our client and discussed how the other substructures were to be used, before agreeing that the most cost-effective solution moving forward. All our substructures are built to highest quality material to ensure these do not to leak, crack or are built to very low tolerances, which was important for this project.
Our fully costed project included us completing the design, delivery, installation and all materials, including excavating and pouring concrete. The final result was that our clients were very pleased, we were able to complete the project within the time frame set, which led to a faster installation time and resulted in substructures that were bespoke and perfectly suited to their needs.
